30 second preview

What a wonderful way to end Ferdinand Küchler's Concertino in D, op.15 'in the style of Vivaldi'!

Allegro assai is a brisk, energetic movement, played in one breath. It is written in the spirit of a dance which never stops! As in the first movement a constant dialogue takes place betwen the solo violin and orchestra.

Let's start the dance!

Performers are Bibi Pelić, violin and the Atlantis Orchestra Prague conducted by Vitêzslav Podrazil.

An arrangement of the Allegro assai is available for the CelloViolaFlute and Clarinet.
